Qualifications

• Proven broker-facing sales experience with strong group benefits knowledge.
• Track record of over-achieving goals.
• Current Life & Health license or able to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Build productive, long‑lasting relationships by identifying broker needs and growing revenue.
• Develop insurance solutions that meet client needs with a consultative approach.
• Utilize Salesforce, Ease, Benefix, Formfire to manage relationships and drive sales activities.
• Create territory plans and targets to expand broker partnerships and revenue.
