Amwins Small to Mid-Market Benefits in Georgia is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth in the Georgia territory. This high-autonomy role offers true territory ownership, a strong base salary with a 2.5-year commission guarantee, uncapped commissions, and a book-of-business bonus, supported by a best-in-class sales stack.

You will develop and maintain broker relationships, lead generation, and strategic plans, traveling for in-person visits and conferences as needed, using

Qualifications

• Broker-facing sales experience with a strong group medical background.
• Life & Health license or attainable within 90 days of start date.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook and Excel).
• Strong time-management skills.
• Understanding of ACA and local insurance markets.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and training.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate new broker partnerships and generate broker leads.
• Manage portfolio of Amwins products and services.
• Conduct in-person broker visits and presentations.
• Communicate via phone and online channels.
• Leverage Salesforce and other tools to drive sales activities.
• Create territory/account plans with opportunities and targets.
• Identify new opportunities with sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Track market trends and competitor data to inform strategy.
• Represent Amwins SMB Benefits at meetings and events.
