Qualifications

• Broker-facing sales experience with group medical focus.
• Track record of over-achieving goals.
• CRM experience with sales techniques and pipeline management.
• License or ability to obtain Life & Health license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting broker relationships and grow revenue.
• Develop insurance solutions meeting client needs.
• Use multiple communication channels including in-person broker visits and virtual meetings.
• Leverage Salesforce and other tools to drive sales activities.
• Create territory plans and identify new opportunities.
