Amwins Small to Mid-Market Benefits seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Greenville and Upstate, SC. The role emphasizes broker relationships, high autonomy, and revenue growth with a strong base salary, a 2.5-year commission guarantee, and uncapped commissions backed by top-tier sales support.

Primary duties include developing partnerships with retail brokers, guiding them on employee benefit solutions, and meeting annual sales goals across fully insured and self-funded lines.

Formación

• Broker-facing sales experience with a strong group medical background; ancillary benefits experience is a plus.
• Track record of over-achieving goals.
• Solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM; strong pipeline management knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Build productive, long-lasting relationships by identifying and evaluating broker needs through education, advising, and growing brokers’ revenue with a consultative approach.
• Work with brokers to develop insurance solutions that will meet their clients’ needs.
• Utilize various methods of communication to contact and cultivate relationships, including in-person broker visits, presentations, and phone/online communications.
• Leverage tools (Salesforce, Employee Navigator, Ease, Benefix, Formfire) to enhance broker relationships and drive sales activities.
• Create territory/account plans including opportunity development, competitive strategies, and targets.
• Identify and create new opportunities and collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to increase prospect funnel.
• Understand technology solutions in employee benefits marketplace including Benefit Administration systems and underwriting tools.
• Track and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data and counter strategies.
