Amwins Small to Mid-Market Benefits is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow broker relationships across Georgia. This high-autonomy role combines consultative selling with a strong base salary, a commission guarantee, uncapped commissions, and a book-of-business bonus.

You will manage, negotiate, and advise brokers, leveraging Salesforce and other tools to drive revenue while maintaining a national distribution mindset.

Qualificações

• Broker-facing sales experience with a strong group medical background.
• Current Life & Health insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Proficient with Salesforce.com or similar CRM and strong pipeline management.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate broker partnerships by generating leads and managing our product portfolio.
• Use in-person visits, presentations, phone and online communications to build relationships.
• Leverage Salesforce, Employee Navigator, Ease, Benefix, Formfire to drive sales activity.
• Create territory/account plans with opportunities, strategies and targets.
• Identify opportunities and work with sales leaders to grow the funnel.
