Job summary

Axis Communications seeks a Regional Sales Manager in the Phoenix area to promote Axis IP Video and camera solutions with integrators, distributors, consultants and end-users. You will educate partners and manage key accounts, driving growth through demonstrations, onsite visits, and strategic conversations.

The role requires strong selling skills, public speaking, and the ability to tailor presentations. Travel 50-70% is expected, with Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training.
• 5+ years in a sales driven position.
• Strong technical background and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users to benefit Axis IP Video and camera solutions.
• Maintain fluid relations with prospects and current customers.
• Arrange site visits to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and seminars.
• Work with Axis Application Development Partners and recommend camera solutions with product comparisons.
• Participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars and other promotional activities.
• Prepare weekly sales reports on new and existing projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
