Job summary

Axis Communications AB in Irvine, California, is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to work on-site. You will collaborate with outside sales reps, partners, and distributors to promote Axis products within a defined territory and act as the primary inside contact for partners in the region.

The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years in sales, a bachelor’s in business or related field, strong communication, and solid technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area.
• 2–3+ years in a sales role; technical sales experience a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site daily in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze customer needs to evaluate options and customized solutions.
• Build sales strategies aligned with customers’ long-term growth.
• Serve as liaison between RSMs and HQ departments.
• Assist with system design and act as inside contact for regional partners.
• Research, identify and pursue new prospects with the Sales team.
• Develop partnerships with Axis and support partner growth.
• Communicate Axis knowledge to partners, distributors & end users via calls and trainings.
• Build fluid relationships with customers, resellers, integrators and partners.
• Analyze channel partner eligibility and approve/reject applications.
• Motivate regional sales managers and allocate resources to achieve initiatives.
• Drive attendance at trade shows, Axis Academies, Webinars and events.
