Job summary

Axis Communications AB seeks a Regional Sales Manager for the South Central region, based in Fort Worth. You will educate partners and customers on IP Video solutions, drive sales opportunities, and travel to sites for demos and seminars.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales, strong presentation skills, and a technical background. Frequent travel (50–70%) and a competitive salary with a substantial OTE are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training.
• 5+ years in a sales-driven position.
• Strong technical background and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants and end-users on Axis IP Video and cameras.
• Maintain solid relations with prospects and customers.
• Conduct site visits for product demos, presentations, and seminars.
• Collaborate with Application Development Partners.
• Recommend camera solutions and perform product comparisons.
• Participate in trade shows, Axis Academies, webinars, and other sales activities.
• Prepare weekly sales reports on projects.

What You’ll Do Here…

• You will continually promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users to benefit the use of IP Video and Axis cameras
• You maintain fluid and dedicated relations with prospects and current customers
• You arrange and execute site visits to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns and speaking seminars
• You work cohesively with Axis Communication’s Application Development Partners
• You recommend proper camera solutions and adequate product comparisons
• You actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars and other promotional sales activities
• You prepare weekly sales report with new and existing projects
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Salary Range
$130,000 to $145,000 OTE (Dependent on education, experience and location)
