Fox Factory is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for its Performance Vehicle Division. This home-based, hybrid role focuses on building and expanding dealership networks for premium trucks and SUVs within the assigned territory, with travel to dealer locations and events.

You will drive revenue growth through consultative sales, product demonstrations, and ongoing account management, leveraging strong relationships and industry passion for performance vehicles.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive, OEM, dealership, or aftermarket sales experience.
• Established relationships with dealership owners and managers.
• Strong business development and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel for dealership visits.
• Proficiency with CRM, MS Office and related tools.

Responsabilités

• Grow Fox Factory's business by developing new dealership relationships and expanding existing partnerships.
• Build and manage relationships with Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Ram, Jeep, Nissan, and other franchise dealerships.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic business development and account management.
• Forecast sales by product line, vehicle platform, and SKU.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, training, and ride-and-drive events.
• Maintain CRM activity and pipeline management.
