Job summary

PennEngineering is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the PEM Sales Team across Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, and North Dakota from Milwaukee. You will promote PEM products, manage distributor relationships, and partner with fabricators and OEM accounts to drive installation and growth.

The role emphasizes travel within the region, training distributors on new PEM hardware, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• BS in Business/Engineering or minimum 5 years' experience in similar capacity.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to best support our customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including developing and delivering presentations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office with ability to develop and analyze data/reports.
• Familiar with sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing processes, capabilities, and equipment.
• Experience with sheet metal fabricators and/or fastener background is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to prioritize workload and collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to travel by air and car regularly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing customers, distributors, responding to leads and seeking out new potential customers.
• Maintain relationships with distributors and fabrication customers via visits and meetings to promote PEM products.
• Work with OEM accounts and fabricators to design in PEM hardware installation.
• Facilitate technical training to update distribution/fabricators/design centers on new products.
• Identify areas of opportunity to support customer needs and regional growth.
• Assist manufacturers with selecting the best fastener design for their application.
• Collaborate with fabricators at all workforce levels including engineering and production.
• Maintain opportunity and account plans in Salesforce with weekly updates.
