Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead strategic growth in the Great Lakes market, representing the Ceco Building Systems, Star Building Systems, and Metallic Building Systems brands while guiding District Sales Managers.

The role targets 8-10+ years in PEMB sales with 3+ years of leadership, heavy travel (40-50%), and a results‑driven mindset. Base US salary range is $125,000–$155,000 plus bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of sales experience within pre-engineered metal building (PEMB).
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams across large territories.
• Strong business acumen with experience supporting pricing strategy and complex project opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Strategy: Drive growth, profitability and market share across the Great Lakes region.
• Develop & coach sales teams: Mentor District Sales Managers through coaching and market development.
• Drive Revenue Growth: Support opportunities, pricing strategy and project management initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with estimating, engineering, operations and sales excellence teams.
