Job summary

PennEngineering is seeking a motivated Regional Manager covering Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota and North Dakota to join the PEM Sales Team. You’ll engage with customers and distributors, promote PEM products, and support installation equipment functions within the region.

The role requires building strong relationships with fabricators, engineering and production, traveling across the region, and maintaining opportunity and account plans in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• BS in Business/Engineering or minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data reporting.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication or fasteners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing customers and distributors, respond to leads and seek new customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and fabricators in the region via visits and calls.
• Work with OEM accounts and fabricators to design in PEM hardware installation.
• Provide technical training to update distribution and fabrication centers on new PEM products.
• Identify opportunities to support customer growth in the region.
• Assist manufacturers in selecting best fastener designs for their applications.
• Travel regionally to meet customers and support installations.
• Maintain account plans and use Salesforce for weekly updates.
