Job summary

Titan Metal Fabricators, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for North America (Midwest and East Coast) to lead and grow the engineered products business.

You will manage existing sales reps and client base in metal plating, finishing, and anodizing industries, and develop new opportunities across the region. Reporting to the General Manager and Global Business Development Manager, you will leverage market insights, coordinate RFQ responses, and forecast regional sales while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or Management preferred.
• Experience in equipment or chemistry used for metal plating, finishing, or anodizing.
• Experience in technical sales or commercial business development.
• Experience in design and procurement of engineered equipment.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software such as ACT or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with ERP software such as EPICOR.
• Experience managing sales resources and travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing regional clients and accounts, in coordination with Territory Sales Representatives.
• Generate new leads and business opportunities, contact plant-level decision-makers.
• Solicit RFQs and bids, develop RFQ proposals, and manage the proposal response process.
• Regional sales forecasting and analysis for target industries.
• Share knowledge through events, networking, and presentations.
