Job summary

360 Recruiter Accelerator seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead channel development and direct OEM accounts across the Southwest Michigan region. You will coordinate with engineering teams to tailor solutions and support field demonstrations.

You will build long-term relationships with distributors and customers, forecast revenue, and translate customer needs into product enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional engineering or technical sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or related field preferred.
• Strong technical communication and ability to present to engineering and commercial buyers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Channel & Business Development: expand relationships with distributors and OEM accounts.
• Application Engineering Support: provide pre-sales engineering expertise and coordinate custom solutions.
• Field Sales Execution: lead regional growth, conduct live demonstrations, and partner with distributors.
• Forecasting: track pipelines, manage revenue forecasts, and provide customer feedback to product teams.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: collaborate with PM, engineering, and planning teams to deliver solutions.
