Lakeshore Learning is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our K–12 educational space in Oregon. You will cultivate new and existing school district partnerships, focusing on early childhood and educational markets while exploring middle and high school segments.

A high-earning base with uncapped commissions rewards your success. Ideal candidates reside in Oregon, travel ~50% within territory, and can work effectively from home with our sales support and Marketing teams backing your

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience and proven entrepreneurial know-how.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Strong work ethic, team player mentality and ability to perform outstanding work from home.
• Candidates should ideally reside in Oregon, and have travel ability within the territory (50% travel).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Securing new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across the designated area.
• Partnering with internal resources to support needs and increase business.
• Consistently calling on and maintaining relationships with customers within the territory.
• Collaborating with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Targeting key customers and assessing their needs.
• Communicating effectively with internal HQ departments and sales channels to streamline communication and increase sales.
• Participating in local, state, and national conferences to promote the Lakeshore brand.
