Job summary

Lakeshore Learning in Oregon is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cultivate new and existing relationships with school districts and educational programs across the K–12 space. You will drive sales in designated territory, with support from a dedicated sales team and marketing resources.

The role offers a highly rewarding commission structure with no cap, plus competitive base pay and extensive travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience and proven entrepreneurial know-how.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Candidates should ideally reside in Oregon and be able to travel 50% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Securing new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, responsible for a designated geographical area.
• Partnering with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Consistently calling on, building, and maintaining relationships with customers within assigned territory.
• Collaborating with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Targeting key customers and assessing uncovering customer needs.
• Communicating effectively with internal HQ departments and sales channels to streamline communication and increase sales.
• Participating in local, state, and national conferences to promote the Lakeshore brand.
