Job summary

Lakeshore Learning is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Oregon to cultivate relationships with school districts and educational programs across K–12. You will work with a sales team to expand our market, travel within the territory up to 50%, and drive revenue through an uncapped commission structure alongside a strong base salary.

The role requires a proven sales track record, a Bachelor’s degree, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience and entrepreneurial know-how.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers and stakeholders in designated territory.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Maintain relationships with customers within the territory and travel up to 50%.
• Collaborate with RVP/RD to build and drive sales strategies.
• Promote Lakeshore at local, state, and national conferences.
