Job summary

Commercial Credit Group, through its Manufacturers Capital division, is seeking high-performing Regional Sales Managers for a multi-state territory including OH, WI, MN, and MI. You will build relationships with end-users, vendors and builders, prospect new business, and manage the sales cycle from lead to close.

Ideal candidates have a track record in equipment finance or related fields, strong communication, CRM and MS Office proficiency, and a willingness to travel to support growth.

• Proven sales success in equipment finance or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of the equipment finance process.
• Familiarity with CRM and MS Office.
• Commitment to customer service and growth.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new business, at the end-user, vendor and builder
• Maintain, build, and enhance existing customer relationships
• Utilize our CRM system to track, monitor, and market to customers, prospects, vendors and builders
• Develop strong internal relationships with credit, documentation, collections, and marketing staff
• Initiate customer applications and correspondence, screen transactions, coordinate closings and handle ad hoc responsibilities within the territory
