Ladders is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Intercom & Access Control to drive regional sales strategy and execution in the US. The role focuses on building partnerships, expanding market presence, and forecasting with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electronics or related field.
• 3–5+ years in a sales-driven role.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Knowledge of intercom, audio and access control is a plus.
• Strong technical background enabling solution explanations.

Responsibilities

• Create a region-wide plan to exceed sales and margin targets.
• Develop and grow key integration partners and distribution channels.
• Engage A&E specifiers for project opportunities.
• Forecast and report using Salesforce.
• Maintain territory management and hit monthly/annual quotas.
• Travel up to 70% to cover the region.
