Axis Communications AB is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast US region to drive sales of 2N intercom and Axis door station products. You will support end users, integrators, and distribution partners through pre-sales and sales activities, and develop new customers into ongoing accounts.

The role requires strong regional sales leadership, relationship building with partners and specifiers, and the ability to travel up to 70%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training.
• 3–5+ years in a sales driven position.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience in Intercom, audio, and access control beneficial.
• Strong technical background.

Aufgaben

• Create a regional business plan to achieve and exceed sales and margin targets.
• Develop and grow key integration partners.
• Cultivate A&E specifiers to drive project opportunities.
• Build relationships with distribution branches supporting 2N/Axis.
• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain SFDC pipelines weekly.
