Job summary

Clear-Com, an HME company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southcentral Region to drive sales and manage a regional team. This role focuses on meeting annual quotas, developing strategies with regional teams, and expanding customer contacts.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years field experience, strong communication skills, and expertise in direct selling with demonstrations, plus travel up to 50–75%. Competitive pay with commission is offered.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in-the-field experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Management skills including contract negotiation and account management.
• Three to five years in direct selling and equipment demonstrations.
• Sound working knowledge of electronic principles.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive annual sales goals for the region.
• Forecast sales, maintain 85% YTD quota.
• Maintain 20 customer visits per month.
• Enter and track calls, opportunities, and visits in CRM.
• Close leads from web, trade shows, and inbound calls.
• Provide competitive feedback to management.
• Train customers as directed.
• Coordinate trade shows and setup/shipping.
• Conduct live product demonstrations.
