Job summary

Industrial Inspection & Analysis, Inc.™ (IIA) is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in our fluid testing services. The RSM will serve as the primary liaison with new customers, work with leadership to achieve revenue targets, and expand our market presence through strategic selling.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sales/marketing, a background in testing or industrial services is a plus, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven sales or marketing related experience.
• Technical background related to Testing, Inspection, or Industrial services highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities; self-motivated and goal oriented.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategy from Target identification to Closing opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to manage time, customer interaction, account development and opportunity development.
• Manage and interpret customer requirements and leverage subject matter experts.
• Communicate service opportunities and customer concerns or suggestions.
• Identify and lead solution development with executive team support.
• Expand market awareness through presentations, tradeshows, and face-to-face meetings.
