Job summary

Duraco Specialty Materials is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the assigned territory, strengthen customer relationships, and collaborate with R&D/technical and customer service teams.

The RSM will develop new business, manage pre-existing accounts, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while leveraging ERP, Power BI, and CRM tools; hybrid work in Forest Park, IL.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and organized with ability to manage multiple customer interactions.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills, especially by phone.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and structured workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Meet and exceed revenue budgets for the territory.
• Develop and maintain an ongoing pipeline worth $4MM+.
• Collaborate with functions to optimize pricing and profitability.
• Provide monthly reporting and CRM updates.
• Work with Marketing to support campaigns.
