Triad-Technologies-LL seeks a Regional Sales Manager in Illinois to plan, coordinate and direct sales activities for all products, expanding markets and aligning marketing plans with corporate goals.

You will recruit, coach and manage a high-performing sales team, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with marketing, operations and supply chain to meet revenue targets. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership experience in B2B or industrial sales.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and direct sales activities for all products in assigned territory.
• Develop pricing strategies with Account Managers for key accounts.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage performance of sales representatives.
• Monitor market trends and team performance; adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, product and supply chain teams.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and vendor events.
