You will lead new business development, manage OEMs, VARs, and system integrators, and partner with engineering, product management, and marketing to drive revenue. This role requires 8+ years in technical high-power sales, strong networks, and up to 50% travel. Competitive base $110k-$160k plus commissions with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in high-power power supply industry (open frame/server power).
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
• Deep technical understanding of high-power power supplies and their applications.
• Established contacts with decision-makers in relevant sectors.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for business engagements.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: identify and pursue opportunities in high-power power supplies with target companies.
• Sales Leadership and Strategy: develop and implement strategies for high-value clients to meet revenue targets.
• Client Relationships: leverage your network of OEMs, VARs, and system integrators to expand the customer base.
• Industry Expertise: advise clients with knowledge of high-power power supplies and applications.
• Market Intelligence: monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with engineering, product management, and marketing to align solutions with client needs.
• Reporting and Forecasting: regularly update management on sales progress and pipeline.
