Saint Cyr Partners in the Bay Area is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. You will sell high-power open frame and server power solutions to data centers, telecoms, and industrial automation accounts.

We require 8+ years in high-power power supply sales, a proven track record with OEMs, VARs and system integrators, and the ability to travel up to 50%. This hybrid role offers a lucrative base plus commissions and career growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in high-power power supply sales.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
• Strong technical knowledge of high-power power solutions.
• Extensive West Coast network and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities in high-power power supplies for OEMs, VARs, integrators and end users.
• Sales Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Client Relationships: Leverage network to expand customer base and partnerships.
• Industry Expertise: Advise clients with knowledge of high-power power supplies and applications.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor trends to inform product strategies and maintain competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product management, and marketing.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Update management on pipeline and trends.
