MDS Staffing is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. You will drive sales for high-power power supplies in data centers, telecom, and industrial automation, leveraging an established OEM/VAR network and cross-functional teams.

Based in the Bay Area with hybrid work options, the role requires up to 50% travel and a track record of meeting revenue targets in technical, multi-faceted sales environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in sales within high-power power supply industry.
• Proven success selling to OEMs, VARs, system integrators, and end users.
• Strong knowledge of high-power power supplies and their applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in the high-power power supplies sector, engaging with companies lacking existing ties.
• Sales Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at high-value clients, ensuring revenue and growth targets are met.
• Client Relationships: Leverage your established network of OEMs, VARs, and system integrators to expand the customer base and foster enduring partnerships.
• Industry Expertise: Utilize comprehensive knowledge of high-power power supplies to advise clients and deliver customized solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform product strategies and maintain competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Reporting and Forecasting: Regularly update management on sales progress, pipeline development, and market trends.
