Triup, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the Pacific Northwest and Mountain regions.

You will cultivate new business, manage distributor and partner relationships, and promote exterior building materials for commercial and residential construction projects. Based in Redmond, WA, you will travel frequently (up to 50-70%) to engage with architects, contractors, and distributors, lead the regional sales strategy, and mentor a growing sales team while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales in building materials or architectural products.
• Hands-on architectural specification sales with architectural firms.
• Proven ability to develop new business, manage territory, and sales pipelines.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel and commute to Redmond, WA 2-3 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage sales pipelines and support projects from design through construction.
• Conduct product presentations, customer meetings, and site visits.
• Monitor market trends and sales performance.
• Recruit, train, and support distributors and channel partners.
• Build relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and distributors.
• Provide product information and consultative sales support throughout projects.
• Attend trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports.
