Job summary

Triup, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth across the Southeast region. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, nurturing architect and contractor relationships, and driving projects from opportunity to order.

You will manage a regional territory independently, travel regularly, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations to ensure market success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in building materials or architectural products.
• Experience working with architects, contractors, developers, and/or distributors.
• Proven ability to develop new business, manage a sales pipeline, and drive territory sales growth.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage an assigned regional territory independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth throughout the assigned region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
• Build and maintain a strong project and sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with architects, contractors, developers, distributors, installers, and other partners.
• Conduct product presentations, customer meetings, and jobsite visits.
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from lead to quotation, bidding, and order conversion.
• Support and develop relationships with independent sales representatives and distribution partners.
• Monitor regional sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations.
