Job summary

Triup, Inc. is seeking an experienced District Sales Manager to grow sales across the Southeast.

You will develop new business, manage relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and distributors, and drive projects from opportunity through bidding and order conversion. The role requires 5+ years of B2B sales in building materials, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales in building materials or architectural products.
• Experience working with architects, contractors, developers, or distributors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain a strong project and sales pipeline.
• Present to customers, conduct meetings and jobsite visits.
• Manage opportunities from lead to quotation, bidding, and order conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Operations.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Support independent sales reps and distribution partners.
