Job summary

Trusscore is seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead growth across the Pacific Northwest from a remote base, ideally near Portland, OR. You’ll manage distributors, retailers, contractors, and architects, driving product visibility and demand while collaborating with internal teams to expand the footprint of a sustainability-focused building materials leader.

The role requires 3+ years in outside sales, strong relationship-building, and the ability to travel 50–75% across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in building materials or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts while nurturing long-term partners.
• Strong relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and architects.
• Highly organized, with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.

Responsibilities

• Grow the region by meeting or exceeding sales targets and market penetration goals.
• Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, contractors, and architects to increase product awareness.
• Provide retailers with tools, training, and in-store support for effective product representation.
• Identify and engage contractors who align with Trusscore’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with inside and field sales development teams for full-territory coverage.
• Represent Trusscore at distributor events, open houses, and regional trade shows.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and regular Salesforce-based reporting cadence.
• Travel 50–75% of the time to distributor branches, retail partners, job sites, and architectural firms.
