Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in the outdoor living and building products market in the Seattle area. This hunter role focuses on new business development, dealer and distributor relationships, and territory expansion.

The role involves visiting sites, trade shows, and events, delivering product training, and using CRM to manage leads and forecasts. Travel 30–40% is required, with compensation including base salary and commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• 2+ years of industry experience in building materials, lumber, outdoor living products, or building envelope products.
• Experience selling building products or materials through dealers, distributors, contractors, or other distribution channels.
• Ability to travel 30% - 40% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with contractors, dealers, distributors, lumberyards, and other building materials channel partners.
• Drive sales growth by increasing stocking dealers, developing an extensive contractor base, and identifying new business opportunities throughout the territory.
• Develop the dealer and distributor network through territory development, account development, and market expansion activities.
• Conduct site visits, trade shows, and industry events to promote products and build partnerships.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to customers, including contractors, dealers, and distributors.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, maintain sales activity, and forecast sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales tools and marketing strategies.
