Regional Sales Manager Escrow - Burnet Title - US Based Remote

We are seeking a qualified sales manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skills and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re looking for a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and a proven track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role requires a leader with a strategic mindset capable of coaching, advising, and motivating sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.

Job Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in addition to sales experience.
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  • Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the sales team uses effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
  • Generate leads and build and maintain client relationships.
  • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance to ensure responsibilities are fulfilled.
  • Oversee the sales team to ensure sales goals are met by holding regular check-ins, setting clear expectations, coaching, and monitoring progress.
  • Proven experience in creating, establishing, and maintaining sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales goals.
Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in addition to sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership ability.
  • Ability to travel at least 20% of the time throughout the Minneapolis metro area and Milwaukee.
  • Must quickly grasp thorough knowledge of the title and closing business, including all laws, regulations, and guidelines specific to Minnesota and Wisconsin.
  • Proven selling, business development, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong computer and technology aptitude, with at least intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal programs quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and clients both in person and virtually.
  • Title, real estate, mortgage, or financial services sales experience is preferred.
