We are seeking a sales manager to lead our revenue efforts through their own skills and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of the sales process, excels at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We seek a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and a successful track record who can inspire others. The role requires a strategic leader capable of coaching, advising, and motivating a high-performance sales team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience, in addition to sales experience.
  • Achieve company objectives through planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and forecasting.
  • Develop leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the sales team employs effective tactics to meet revenue goals.
  • Generate leads and maintain client relationships.
  • Recruit, set objectives, train, coach, and monitor sales representatives to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Oversee the sales team to meet goals by holding regular check-ins, setting expectations, coaching, and tracking progress.
  • Create and maintain sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales targets.
Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management and sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to travel at least 20% within the Minneapolis metro area and Milwaukee.
  • Ability to quickly learn laws, regulations, and guidelines related to title and closing business in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
  • Proven skills in selling, business development, and relationship building.
  • Strong computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal programs.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and clients both in person and virtually.
  • Experience in title, real estate, mortgage, or financial services sales is preferred.
