We are seeking a sales manager to lead our revenue efforts by leveraging their skills and managing a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of the sales process, excels at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We seek a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and a successful track record who can inspire others. The role requires strategic leadership, coaching, advising, and motivating a high-performance sales team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience plus sales experience.
  • Achieve company objectives through planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  • Develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the sales team employs effective tactics to meet revenue goals.
  • Generate leads and maintain client relationships.
  • Recruit, set objectives, train, coach, and monitor sales representatives to ensure responsibilities are fulfilled.
  • Oversee the sales team to meet goals by holding regular check-ins, setting expectations, coaching, and monitoring progress.
  • Create, establish, and maintain sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales goals.
Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience plus sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership ability.
  • Ability to travel at least 20% within the Minneapolis metro area and Milwaukee.
  • Quick grasp of title and closing business laws, regulations, and guidelines specific to Minnesota and Wisconsin.
  • Proven selling, business development, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal programs.
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and clients both in person and virtually.
  • Experience in title, real estate, mortgage, or financial services sales is preferred.
