We are looking for a skilled sales manager to drive revenue by leading a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate has extensive sales process knowledge, excels in lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. The role requires strategic leadership, coaching, advising, and motivating the sales team to achieve high performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience plus sales experience.
  • Achieve company objectives through planning, goal setting, performance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Develop leadership, hiring, and training skills; ensure effective sales tactics are used to meet revenue goals.
  • Generate leads, build and maintain client relationships.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and monitor sales representatives to fulfill their responsibilities.
  • Oversee the sales team to meet goals by conducting regular check-ins, setting expectations, coaching, and monitoring progress.
  • Create and maintain sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales plans.
Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience and sales background.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Ability to travel at least 20% within the Minneapolis metro area and Milwaukee.
  • Quick understanding of title and closing business, including relevant laws and regulations in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
  • Proven skills in selling, business development, and relationship building.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to learn internal programs rapidly.
  • Ability to engage with team members and clients both in person and virtually.
  • Experience in title, real estate, mortgage, or financial services sales is preferred.
