Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our K-12 educational footprint. You will cultivate new and existing district relationships, drive revenue, and collaborate with a strong sales team.

The role offers a super-competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and a robust marketing support network. Travel across assigned territories and strong relationship-building are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience and proven entrepreneurial know-how.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels.
• Willingness to travel within the territory, including ~20% overnight stays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Securing new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers in designated territory.
• Partnering with internal resources to support needs and increase business.
• Consistently calling on and maintaining relationships with customers within the area.
• Collaborating with leadership to drive sales strategies and targets.
• Targeting key customers and uncovering needs through active engagement.
• Communicating effectively with HQ departments and sales channels to streamline processes.
• Participating in conferences and events to promote Lakeshore brand.
