Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across Manhattan and Westchester. You will cultivate new and existing school district and education program relationships, expanding Lakeshore’s reach in K-12 sectors.

A strong base salary plus uncapped commissions rewards sales excellence. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales, a Bachelor's degree, and proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers and stakeholders, responsible for a designated geographical area (in some cases, multiple states).
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and increase business.
• Consistently calling on, building, and maintaining relationships with customers within assigned territory.
• Collaborate with your RVP/RD to build, adjust, and drive sales strategies.
• Target key customers and begin to assess and uncover customer needs.
