Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) within the Industrial Technologies and Services (ITS) Business Unit will be responsible for sales growth and business development activities for air treatment solutions, including air dryers, process chillers, nitrogen generators, and oil-water separators, in the Eastern US. This role involves managing both new sales and rentals, utilizing technical expertise, and working closely with channel partners to grow market presence, revenue, and profit margins.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and Develop Channel Partners: Build and manage a network of Channel Partners, assess competencies, develop action plans, and expand partnerships to meet sales goals.
  2. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with Channel Partner Principals, Product Champions, and the Senior Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute territory strategies.
  3. Lead Sales Activities: Identify and pursue opportunities, maintain a sales pipeline via Salesforce, and drive sales through Channel Partners.
  4. Provide Technical Support: Offer product education, troubleshooting, and installation guidance to customers.
  5. Engage in Sales Cycle and Account Management: Participate in all sales stages, manage accounts, and set measurable goals.
  6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with Engineering, Product Development, and Operations for seamless implementation and product commercialization.
  7. Lead Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations, attend trade shows, and develop leads.
  8. Oversee Channel Partner Network: Supervise and ensure alignment with company standards across multiple states.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required or 5+ years of industrial sales experience in air compressors and/or air dryers.
  • Experience using data to influence distributor success.
  • Understanding of air compression and treatment principles.
  • Knowledge of commercial terms and contract review.

Work Arrangement and Travel

Up to 50%+ overnight travel required.

Pay Range

Salary range: $100,000 – $110,000, plus potential bonuses and incentives.
