Job summary

SAERTEX is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in our composites portfolio. This remote role requires 70–75% travel and periodic visits to the Huntersville, NC office.

You will act as a technical sales resource, identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and work with internal teams to deliver innovative composite solutions. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in composites or industrial manufacturing, strong consultative sales and negotiation skills, and a Bachelor’s in a

• 3+ years in composites or industrial manufacturing with a consultative sales approach.
• Proven ability to develop strategic sales plans and grow market share.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory and travel as needed.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Production to ensure customer success.
