Job summary

SAERTEX USA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Composites for a fully remote role with substantial travel. You will serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering technical solutions and consulting on complex challenges to grow sales in the assigned territory.

Travel will be frequent (70–75%), with occasional visits to the corporate office in Huntersville, NC as business needs require. The role supports aerospace, automotive, industrial and wind energy applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in composites or industrial manufacturing.
• Technical or consultative sales experience.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations.
