What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead CADDY HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, and Seismic businesses in the Central Territory by establishing relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Actively manage and direct 3rd party agents to service key customers and partners within the region
- Develop and implement a 3-year sales strategy for the CADDY Fire Protection portfolio
- Provide product expertise through training and presentations to contractors and distributors
- Use Salesforce to manage the opportunity pipeline and communicate market feedback internally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or applicable experience in mechanical sales
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales and/or territory management experience in HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, or Seismic commercial sales
- Experience working with end-user customers on projects
- Proficiency with customer relationship management systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to travel 60% on average within the region and possess a valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Fire Protection sales
- Strong value-based selling skills and technical sales experience
- Leadership experience with direct reports and/or 3rd party sales agents or channel partners
