Job summary

Kingspan Insulated Panels North America, a division of the Kingspan Group plc, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional sales budgets across MA, CT, ME, RI, NH, VT. The role covers key customers, architects, GCs, and owner clients with travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in building/construction materials.
• Experience with insulated metal panels/building envelope or exterior metal cladding is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies and meeting targets.
• Ability to read blueprints and prepare estimates.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, and execute territory sales strategy aligned with divisional goals.
• Identify market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and influencers across channels.
• Track sales forecasts and results, and communicate progress.
• Engage architects, general contractors, and owners through seminars and presentations.
• Manage day-to-day sales activities, including lead qualification and closing.
• Navigate territory processes, including estimates, blueprints, and lead management.
• Maintain KPI data in Salesforce and meet quotas.
