Job summary

James Hardie Building Products Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a Regional Account Manager to own contractor demand for Exteriors and Outdoor Living products. You will defend business, grow market share, and drive premium product adoption across assigned accounts from Cape Cod to Southeastern MA.

You will build strong relationships, execute district plans, and translate customer feedback into product and service improvements. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience with organization and discipline.
• 1+ years of experience with a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Ability to travel outside of local market up to 50% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Account management and business development for key contractor accounts.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and share of wallet.
• Develop account plans and execute growth targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews and translate feedback into improvements.
• Maintain CRM data, forecast performance, and prioritize actions.
