Dover Precision Components, Pearland/South Houston, seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Bearings Plus to lead key customer relationships in the Greater Houston area. Responsible for fluid film bearing repairs, seal repairs, and make-new services, with close collaboration with engineering and inside sales teams.

Requires 3–5 years outside industrial sales or related project management, a Bachelor’s degree, and ability to travel 4 days/week. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years outside industrial sales or project management experience.
• Willingness to travel 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer accounts in the Greater Houston area.
• Lead negotiations and prepare quotes with engineering and inside sales teams.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with tollgates and progress updates.
• Provide customer training and support on products and services.
• Coordinate with BPI operations and update customers on progress.
