Job summary

Dover Precision Components in Pearland/South Houston is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Bearings Plus to lead the Greater Houston area's fluid film bearing repairs and related services. You will manage and develop customer accounts, coordinate with engineering and inside sales to generate quotes, and serve as the primary contact for aftermarket needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of outside industrial sales in oil and gas, a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, and strong

Qualifications

• Outside industrial sales experience in oil and gas or rotating equipment.
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel in the Houston area four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop customer accounts in the Greater Houston area.
• Collaborate with engineering and inside sales to generate quotes.
• Receive P.O.s and coordinate with ERP for order entry.
• Provide training to customers and distributors on our services.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and report weekly progress.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies.
