Job summary

Dover Precision Components, bearing and repair solutions provider, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Houston area. The role focuses on growing customer relationships, coordinating with engineering and inside sales, and driving sales across our Bearings Plus portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have a technical sales background in oil & gas or rotating equipment, proven negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask across customer sites in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent sales experience.
• At least 3 years’ outside industrial sales experience in oil and gas or related industries.
• Strong negotiation and analytical acumen.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret sales drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer accounts in the Greater Houston area.
• Collaborate with engineering and inside sales to generate quotes and process P.O.s.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with tollgates for proposals and pricing.
• Provide training and education programs to customers and distributors.
• Design and implement short- and long-term sales strategies.
