The role requires 3+ years of outside industrial sales in fluid bearing or rotating equipment, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to visit customer facilities regularly. Hybrid work and travel are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering required.
• 3+ years of outside industrial sales in related industry (fluid film bearings/oil & gas) preferred.
• Project management experience required.
• Ability to visit customer facilities 4 days a week, Houston area.
• Reading and interpreting sales drawings is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage relationships with aftermarket repair shops, distributors, and end users in the Greater Houston area.
• Collaborate with engineering and inside sales to generate quotes and formalize P.O.s in ERP.
• Act as liaison between customers and BPI operations; provide project progress updates.
• Recommend product or service enhancements to improve satisfaction and sales potential.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with tollgate points for requests, quotes, pricing, and follow-up.
• Prepare and present weekly call reports with detailed activity.
• Contribute to training programs for customers, distributors and reps.
• Design and implement sales programs; set short- and long-term strategies.
• Evaluate new sales techniques to increase volume and customer reach.
