Dover Precision Components, bearing solutions leader in the Greater Houston area, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to grow and manage customer accounts. You will coordinate with engineering and inside sales to price and quote repairs, make-new services, and drive revenue, while traveling to customer sites in Houston and partnering with distributors and end users.

The role emphasizes relationship building, sales planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value and improve service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical sales experience.
• 3+ years outside industrial sales within related fields.
• Ability to visit customer facilities 4 days a week in Houston.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer accounts in the Greater Houston area.
• Work with engineering and inside sales to generate quotes.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with tollgates and reports.
• Present weekly call reports and coordinate with operations.
