Job summary

Dover Precision Components in Houston, TX, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead outside industrial sales in the Greater Houston area. The role focuses on fluid film bearings, repairs, and related services, coordinating with engineering and inside sales to develop quotes and win new business.

Based out of our Pearland/South Houston office, you will manage customer accounts, visit facilities four days a week, and maintain a strong sales pipeline with clear tollgates from prospecting to proposal

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside industrial sales in related industry such as fluid film bearings and rotating equipment in oil & gas.
• Project management experience in related field.
• Ability to visit customer facilities 4 days a week, primarily in Houston market; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with aftermarket repair shops, distributors, and end users.
• Collaborate with engineering and inside sales to generate quotes and formalize POs.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with tollgates for prospecting, pricing, and follow-up.
• Travel within the Houston area to visit customer facilities as needed.
